SMyLR (Searchable Myeloid LncRNA Registry):
SMyLR is an interactive web tool that allows users to explore the landscape of pathogen-sensitive long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in human macrophages. Built on data published in our recent study “A searchable atlas of pathogen-sensitive lncRNA networks in human macrophages” (Nature Communications, 2025), SMyLR integrates macrophage cell-state specificity, expression dynamics and RNA-protein interactomes to help researchers identify candidate lncRNAs involved in immune responses.
